Stepping Stones has recently expanded to two sites and is increasing student numbers across Key Stages 2 - 5.  As such we continue to look for experienced staff across teaching, educational support and therapy.

Teaching Assistants - full time

We are looking for teaching assistants across all key stages with start date of September 1st for the new academic year.  We have vacancies in the Upper School (KS3 and KS4) and Post 16 working within small class groups to support the teacher in all lessons. 

From £16,500 dependent on experience

Job Description

Workplace Mentor - full time

We are looking for a new position to support young people as they undertake work experience placements as part of our Post 16 provision.   This role will manage a caseload of students providing individually tailored programmes of support and skills development that prepares them to move into a sustained employment or training outcome.

From £18,000 dependent on experience

Job Description

Post 16 Tutor - full time

As our Post 16 rapidly expands we are looking for a second Post 16 tutor to support the learning of our growing provision.  In particular the teaching of the BTec Work Skills programme and supporting the BTec Creative Arts and BTec sports qualifications.

From £21,000 dependent on experience
