Current Vacancy

Stepping Stones has recently expanded to two sites and is increasing student numbers across Key Stages 2 - 5.  As such we continue to look for experienced staff across teaching, educational support and therapy.

Employability Development Worker

The school is looking to recruit support for our business and work placement development.  Your role will be to build a portfolio of businesses to host placements and to manage a caseload of students in supporting them transfer skills and abilities to the workplace.  Part of this role will be to provide practical support to young people as they apply for, interview and begin a placement.  In addition you will liaise with stakeholders offering apprenticeship and internships and mentoring young people as they start these roles.

Job Description

Start date:  As soon as possible

Working hours: Full-time post but consideration will be given to part-time for excellent candidates.

Salary:  £18 - 20k dependent on experience.
